Pantheon Theater Bonn | Program & Parking
The Pantheon Theater Bonn is in Beuel much more than just a stage for evenings filled with applause and good cheer. It is a fixed address for cabaret, small arts, music, and pointed live moments that have secured a special place in Bonn's cultural life for decades. The official history of the venue begins in October 1987, and to this day, the Pantheon sees itself as a place where political satire, musical formats, literary evenings, and sharp observations of everyday life meet. Since 2016, the venue has been located in Halle Beuel at Siegburger Str. 42, after the previous location in Bonn-Center had to be abandoned. This spatial change has not harmed the profile of the house but has given it a new, easily accessible home in Bonn-Beuel. For visitors, this is especially practical: They find here a theater with a clear identity, a long tradition, a lively program structure, and an environment where the cultural offerings of the Beuel district become particularly visible. Those searching for pantheon theater bonn program, pantheon theater bonn parking, pantheon theater bonn beuel, or pantheon theater bonn tickets will land at a location that is not only sought after but is actually intensively used and regularly played. Program, Cabaret & Event Diversity
The program of the Pantheon Theater Bonn is one of the most important reasons why the house is so frequently searched. On the official program page, there is an unusually wide mix of cabaret, comedy, concert formats, readings, poetry slams, jazz, film & discussion, and specialized series like Prix Pantheon, Pink Punk Pantheon, Jazz in Concert, and A Cappella. This diversity makes the Pantheon interesting for different target groups: Those looking for sharp political cabaret will find suitable evenings just as much as people who prefer musical live shows, word art, or cross-genre stage formats. Particularly noticeable is that the Pantheon not only offers individual events but works with clearly recognizable series that have been built up over the years and give the house a high recognition value. The official page also shows that some dates sell out early or have only a few seats left, underscoring the demand for the program. Additionally, the house regularly presents artists who are known nationwide, thanks to its own tone, program care, and close connection to the cabaret and small arts scene. Therefore, for the search for pantheon theater program, not only the calendar itself is relevant, but also the feeling that there is a lively, curated cultural address that continually surprises its audience with new focuses. So, if you are planning a culturally rich evening in Bonn-Beuel, you will find in the Pantheon not an interchangeable multipurpose house, but a stage with a recognizable profile and a program curve that ranges from intimate word art to larger concert evenings. Directions, Parking & Public Transport in Bonn-Beuel
For directions to the Pantheon Theater Bonn, the official address Siegburger Str. 42 in Bonn-Beuel is the crucial orientation. The house's directions mention parking spaces directly on the premises as well as on the adjacent streets, especially in Christian-Kölbach-Straße, from which you can reach the entrance through a gate at the turnaround. At the same time, the theater explicitly points out not to park in Josef-Thiebes-Straße and Paulusstraße, as resident parking would be affected there. During highly attended events, when the Pantheon is sold out, the space in the forecourt is not always sufficient for all vehicles, so the surrounding area must be utilized. Additional restrictions come during the carnival period, as there are fewer parking options available on the premises due to the vehicle hall of the district representation Beuel. Those who are flexible should therefore arrive early or rely directly on public transport. Here, the location has a clear advantage: The Pantheon has its own stop, Pantheon Beuel; additionally, the official notices mention bus lines such as 603, 608, 609, and the night bus N4. According to official information, it is about 200 meters from the Pantheon Beuel stop to the entrance, and the house is reachable from Bonn-Beuel station in about five minutes on foot. For travelers from the greater Bonn area, this is particularly practical because, despite its clear district affiliation, the location integrates very well into everyday life and evening traffic. Therefore, those searching for pantheon theater bonn beuel parking or pantheon theater bonn directions will find here not a theoretical explanation but a concrete, practical route with several sensible options. ([pantheon.de](https://www.pantheon.de/service/wegbeschreibung.html))
Seating, Free Seating & Accessibility
A central feature of the Pantheon Theater Bonn is the free seating. In the new venue in Bonn-Beuel, according to the Cultural Promotion Circle, there is no seat numbering and no seat reservation; instead, the principle is to secure the desired seats yourself. This solution is pleasant for many visitors because it creates flexibility and makes the evening feel less formal. At the same time, it also means that the audience often arrives early in the foyer for popular events to choose good seats. The hall opens, according to official information, 90 minutes before the event begins, and the view of the stage is described as consistently good. For practical planning, it is also important that the Pantheon is accessible. The access is at ground level, doors are at least 90 cm wide, ramps and elevators are not necessary, and there is an accessible toilet in the foyer. The Beethovenfest information also states that there are no designated disabled parking spaces directly at the venue, but there are general parking spaces on the premises, and entry and exit are possible directly at the entrance. For wheelchair users, the official directions recommend prior registration to ensure that the visit can be well prepared. Also, arriving by public transport is barrier-free, as the Pantheon Beuel stop is in close proximity. So, if you are searching for pantheon theater bonn seating or pantheon theater bonn accessibility, the most important practical answer is: free seating, good visibility, level access, but no classic seating plan with fixed numbers like in an opera house or large theater. This is not just information but noticeably shapes the atmosphere of the house and makes the visit a consciously personal theater experience. Tickets, Advance Sale & Box Office
Even when it comes to ticket purchasing, the Pantheon Theater Bonn relies on clear, practical paths. The official contact page mentions the Pantheon Theater GmbH at Siegburger Str. 42 and points out telephone ticket reservations as well as an email address. Particularly important for visitors is the in-house advance sale in the theater foyer: it is open on event days, specifically 90 minutes before the program begins until the start of the performance. This is very helpful for spontaneous decisions or for pickups on the same evening. According to the contact page, telephone reservations are accepted on days with evening events within a fixed time window, while on weekends, holidays, or during vacations, there may be times when no one is available by phone. The ticket page adds that the Pantheon also takes care of reduced prices for certain groups, including students, apprentices, unemployed persons, people with a volunteer card, Bonn pass holders, and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 60 or more. Those who need to register a companion for a B note can do so via email or phone. This is important for visitor planning because the theater is not only a cultural but also a well-organized place. Through the combination of advance sale, telephone availability, and the box office in the foyer, many evenings can be prepared quite easily. So, when asked about pantheon theater bonn tickets or pantheon theater bonn program, the right answer is not only the calendar itself but also the direct access to the office, which can help with questions about the program, reservations, and entry. Especially for events with free seating or for popular dates, this direct line is a real advantage because it allows you to better assess how early you should arrive and what options are still available for the desired evening. History, Origins & Beuel Cultural Location
The history of the Pantheon Theater Bonn is closely linked to the history of Bonn's small arts. The house was founded in October 1987 in Bonn, among others by Rainer Pause, and quickly developed into one of the most renowned small art stages in the German-speaking world. For many years, the theater was located in the basement of the Bonn-Center at Bundeskanzlerplatz, before the situation fundamentally changed in 2016: After the sale of the Bonn-Center and plans for demolition, the lease was terminated, and the Pantheon moved to the new venue Halle Beuel. This relocation was more than just a move from A to B. It marked a change of location to a district that has a strong cultural profile itself. The city of Bonn explicitly emphasizes that Beuel, with the Pantheon in the Schauspielhalle Beuel, the Brotfabrik, the Tapetenfabrik, the Junge Theater, and the Neue Filmbühne, plays an important role in the cultural life of the city. Thus, the Pantheon is not just an isolated stage but part of a grown cultural cluster on the right bank of the Rhine. The official history of the house has been talking about meaningful evening entertainment since 1987 and emphasizes the mix of attitude, humor, and contemporary relevance that continues to shape the theater today. For visitors searching for pantheon theater bonn beuel or pantheon theater siegburger straße bonn-beuel, this historical context is helpful: The address today stands for an established, relocated, but by no means newly invented institution. It connects the long Bonn cabaret tradition with a modern, easily accessible location in Beuel and shows why the Pantheon is for many people much more than a place for individual performances. It is a piece of Bonn's cultural history that continues to be written at a new location. ([beethovenfest.de](https://www.beethovenfest.de/de/veranstaltungsorte/pantheon-theater/18))
Snacks, Atmosphere & Visitor Tips
The Pantheon Theater Bonn also has a very concrete visitor culture that rounds off the evening pleasantly. The official snacks page describes that beverages and small dishes are available at the counters in the large hall, including pepper pretzels, breadsticks, peanuts, and organic chocolate bars. When the large hall counter with cocktail offerings is open, cheese cubes are additionally available; during the Pink Punk Pantheon performances, boiled sausages from the Siebengebirge are also offered in the foyer. For the rare events in the small Pantheon lounge, however, there are restrictions because no pretzels, breadsticks, and peanuts are available there due to the sensitive upholstered furniture. These details are small, but they show how precisely the house responds to different event formats. Together with the description of the location as pleasantly air-conditioned and ventilated, a picture emerges of a theater that pays attention to good conditions not only on stage but also in the audience hall. So, if you are planning an evening at the Pantheon, you should also consider the flow in the house alongside the ticket and directions: arrive on time, do not arrive too late due to free seating, calmly get drinks or small snacks before the performance, and better plan some time for parking or public transport on sold-out evenings. Especially in connection with the program, which ranges from cabaret to concerts, an atmosphere is created that is approachable, urban, and at the same time consciously cultivated. The Pantheon thus remains a place where the evening does not only begin with applause but already starts with arriving, finding a seat, and looking forward to the performance. This combination of culture, organization, and cozy uniqueness makes the theater recognizable to many guests and ensures that search queries for photos, program, parking, or seating always lead back to the same lively address.
A nice small venue with good interior decor and ambiance near the bar. Intimate and organized. The lady at the front who checked tickets was very kind, however the servers providing drinks were quite rude and when I was trying to exit to visit the restroom one of them made a very ugly face at the fact that they needed to stand to the side for a second (and afterwards I even held the door for him).

Definitely one of the best theaters I've performed in. It's amazing, everyone from the tech to backstage create the space for you to shine and we did shine last night. Thank you Patheon, you guys 🇩🇪 🇿🇼

I went here together with my exchange student. Altogether we were 5 people. They told us that a separation would be the only opportunity to get a seating for us. Worst event I have ever been to. Total disaster. Catastrophic Organisation.

Good acts in general, good acoustics, but drinks a bit overpriced.
