The absolute best citizens' office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Appointments are available quickly, all issues are resolved, and any problems are addressed without any fuss. You don't find that everywhere, so five stars plus for the service!

Public parking lot "Am Burgweiher," directly opposite the fire station: Even after my call was forwarded, no one there knew the parking times for overnight parking. No one knew the general costs either. This information should really be readily available. The service isn't getting any better. But at least I wasn't brushed off during my phone call. Think positive :-)

A super friendly team! If you're friendly, you're treated kindly in return, as always! I was served by Mr. Koroukmas, and I hope I'll be assigned to him again at my next appointment. He answered every question I had! 👍
