Beautiful church filled with light and music. The blue and gold details on the support columns are unique and contribute to the airy feel of the building's interior. There was an artist's installation of a cross, which was very interesting to experience. Beethoven's music was a nice touch, considering that Beethoven's house is right next door.

I didn’t plan to visit this church. I just followed the sound of Beethoven’s music coming from inside, and I’m so glad I did. The mix of peaceful atmosphere and beautiful music made it feel really special.

A small catholic church that I walked by on my way to see Beethoven's house. A little gem of magnificent golden and wooden architecture with lots of paintings, statues, and decorations.

The first stone of this baroque style church was laid in 1686 by Max Heinrich, but it was consecrated only 30 years later in 1717 by Joseph Clemens. It had a turbulent history for the following 150 years but then has served continuously as a place of worship since 1877. The interior is very peculiar, with white ceiling and blue and golden columns.

Although small in scale, this church is bright and immaculate in its décor, with Beethoven’s melodies filling the air. The overall atmosphere feels both solemn and elegant.
