A wonderful team fosters meaningful, moving, warm, and joyful fellowship and connection with the Creator and the values of Jesus Christ. For service times, simply visit www.evangelisch-beuel.de and look under "Services." The church, built in 1964, feels like home to me, with its warm wood and wall colors, the "shabby chic" cross and ship elements, and the flexible, unobtrusive lighting.

This Protestant church belongs to the Bonn-Beuel South parish. A wide variety of events are offered there, especially by their very dedicated cantor and organist, Hubert Arnold! The brass band Blechlawine is also a frequent guest. There's a very pleasant atmosphere—almost like a family gathering. The pastors are always captivating!

In their pronouncements, the churches often focus not on matters of faith, but primarily on political issues – ranging from climate protection and gender equality to sea rescue. Their one-sided stance on refugee policy, for example, has been causing many believers to despair for years. The purchase of a ship by a church-supported organization was likely the last straw for many.
