We were also there for the Night of Technology. I think it's great how openly the facility is presented and how problems that arise from burning are discussed, like the toxic ash from about 4 truckloads per day. A problem for which no one currently has a solution. Therefore, a big shoutout for raising awareness about waste reduction and recycling here. However, I would strongly recommend participating in the recycling at the facility itself; the argument "we're only 87 employees, it's not worth it" doesn't really sit well - and as you mentioned, the colleagues from the Green Dot are direct neighbors.
