The staff here are very kind. Mostly young doctors (maybe because it's a university hospital) but plenty of older staff (nurses). The grounds are beautiful and clean, location near the old town of Bonn, so there is a gorgeous variety of restaurants and shops. The food at the clinic is also pretty nice, especially great if you enjoy bread :) this is a great place to heal.

I was there close to one year and a half ago but I am not over the trauma, I was misdiagnosed, mistreated, and mishandled by the doctors or the staff at the hospital, I was treated like a burden instead of being helped, denied medical care sometimes. Also ignored totally after addressing the misdiagnosis, and I can go on and about how this place affected me.

My experience at the LVR Clinic has been extremely positive. I find the staff there very friendly. The only thing that bothers me is a cat that lives in Building 1 and is presumably being cared for there. This is a real problem for visitors and patients, especially those with cat allergies. I request that this situation be addressed and that a serious discussion be held with the person responsible.

My experience at the day clinic at Johannes Hospital was very positive overall. The therapies were well-structured and helped me to better understand my situation, even though some sessions unfortunately had to be cancelled. The therapists were friendly, attentive, and motivated me to persevere. The nursing staff was also helpful and made daily life more pleasant, for example, by offering helpful tips or simply lending a listening ear. I was particularly impressed with the senior physician, who was competent, professional, and understanding. Overall, I felt well cared for and was able to make progress that truly helped me.
