Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. At our appointment at the Bonn Citizens' Office, important information about our children was not entered correctly, despite us presenting all the necessary official German documents. Furthermore, the staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the situation unnecessarily difficult. We hope for a swift correction and better service in the future.

Completely excessive COVID-19 safety measures; more people are allowed into every restaurant, especially since everyone is vaccinated. Fire safety is also a low priority. No second escape route! The door to the hallway opens inward into the fire lane and locks, so the hallway could fill with smoke. I didn't see a single fire alarm. The wedding room is tiny and not at all festive. A colossal descent to the registry office at the southern underpass. The city should be ashamed!

Great place. I don't know what draws me there, but I'm there twice a week and stay for at least four hours each time 😄

Those wishing to get married can do so here. The interior is simply and modernly designed. The staff are friendly!
