An old man was very rude and unfriendly and spoke Arabic constantly. He had a misunderstanding that was definitely not our fault. When I tried to clear up the misunderstanding, he refused to admit his mistake and was very, very rude to me. But thank God, there was a young man at his college who looked out for me and helped me. Thanks to him. In summary, I would say that the old man needs to learn to speak respectfully and calmly.

We needed some medication prescribed for our son. Six pharmacies turned us away, unable to help us. Even though Alte Apotheke didn’t have what we needed in stock, they took the time and made phone calls to find a solution for us so that we had medicine for that evening and the morning after, before the prescription arrived. We won’t go anywhere else now.

After calling already high amount of pharmacies for a hard to find medicine, the last thing I need is to be “educated” about providing my name on a phone call. I don’t have to provide my personal information, neither do you. With this level of unfriendliness, I’ll make sure to never step foot on that shop.

As long I can remember my parents always went there, and when I had my own family, I did the same. The then owner was Mr. Breuer.
