I've been training at the EWCO Shaolin Center in Beuel for a while now and I feel really at home there. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, they meet you where you are. Sifu is a great teacher: attentive, patient, and motivating at the same time. She manages to create a pleasant atmosphere where you feel comfortable and make progress. What I particularly like is the mix of movement and good vibes. You can really tell that teaching is done with passion here. I enjoy going every time and can absolutely recommend it.

The self-defense seminar for women was highly recommended! Sifu & Sije taught us so much in just 90 minutes with competence and empathy: We trained the use of our body language and voice, learned a very effective technique to free ourselves from a firm grip without using strength, all while maintaining the right balance of seriousness, fun, and self-empowerment. I can highly recommend the seminar. I even took a seminar voucher for a friend’s birthday with me :-)

My son has been doing Kung Fu here for a year. The two female trainers teach lovingly, in a child-friendly way, and with a lot of fun, while also instilling values like patience, concentration, and discipline in the kids. Our son is very proud to be a part of it and looks forward to every time he learns something new.
