I may have no choice within Germany but for my personal bad experience with one worker here, I'll opt for other freight companies for abroad.

After using DHL a few times I have only bad experiences to report. Especially the customer service is unreliable as I was waiting the whole day for a driver to pick up the packages and at the call center they were just telling me to wait more and more. In the end, after waiting 2 days for DHL to pick up the packages, I had to go by myself to the DHL pick-up center. Also, the delays to other countries are really high and there is always a big risk for your package to be returned back. Please stay away from DHL especially if you want to make deliveries out of Germany, the problems are so often.

The worst courier company, the couriers don't give a damn about customers, parcels either don't arrive or get lost.

My parcel never arrived or was returned. Staff there were not the most polite, I would avoid it for simple packages without track delivery.

Yesterday showed my package is delivered but I didn’t receive it and didn’t get my package, how could this be possible? 🤔 Please provide me an extra contact number or where I can meet for inquiries for more solutions. 👍
