I was in Carrefour Groote Markt Sint-Truiden July 27 around 12 noon, was looking for a full scampi which I didn’t find, but I made a little mistake drinking a cola zero that I bought from the Indian store in Stationstraat Sint-Truiden because it was very warm. While searching for shrimp I was still drinking it, then I drank it all. Then I was on my way outside before I reached a checkout, a person wearing a black uniform with red in the collar, I think he works in charcuterie, came to me with a woman who I think was wearing a red t-shirt and said, 'Where is the cola that you drank?' I said, 'Here in my bag.' Then he said, 'You drank it all without paying.' I said, 'It didn’t come from here, I bought it in the Indian store which most of the time doesn’t give any receipts.' He then said, 'It’s easy for everyone to say I bought it outside.' Stupid man, he didn’t think that anyone could also buy it from a machine, which I also got a receipt from. Then I said, 'I just came here and if you want, you have a camera, you can watch it.' HOW RUDE, he said it in front of people for 0.80 cents, he thinks I stole a coke from this Carrefour. I told all my friends not to come to this Carrefour. But thanks to a thin man who rescued me and said normally if you buy it outside you have to drink it outside before entering. Is that Carrefour just intimidating your customers? Think first before you confront, at the end of the day your customers pay for you or you live with your customers.

Do I look like a robber? Just because I am not Flemish, do I have to OPEN my bag while my kid was crying?! What is with this attitude? Just because I bought only bread and water, does it mean I stole something more and put it in my bag?! Shame on you, people!

The staff is not good. They think I’m a robber and that was not good. Aldi is the best supermarket in Sint-Truiden.
