A bit difficult to find where you have to be. Information could be better signposted.

Very rude behaviour.

I moved and registered today. The gentleman at the entrance (information desk) and the employee who processed my registration were both very friendly. I booked the appointment online and was able to download the appropriate form directly. I didn't have to wait at all.

Absolutely unfriendly. I was offered an appointment over the phone for four months later in Bad Godesberg. I then asked if I'd prefer the appointment to be in Beuel. But that was too difficult for the lady on the phone; she insisted I accept the appointment as is. If I didn't want to keep the appointment, I should take matters into my own hands. Utter nonsense. Is it really so hard to make an appointment over the phone for registration? It only takes two minutes. I'm appalled; all the reviews are completely accurate. Outrageous!

A big thank you to Mr. Dogan from the Beuel Citizens' Office! We came today with the whole family, and he was incredibly friendly and attentive to our children. He also processed all our passport applications very efficiently and quickly. Beforehand, a very nice man from reception helped us with the children's passport photos. A truly excellent service!
