My children love going to this park. The water feature is a big hit in the summer, even though it's quite small. There's a drinking fountain and plenty of seating. A single swing has been replaced with a seesaw that can hold two children. There's no fence. Parents of small children need to be careful, especially near the wall, because it's quite a drop. I'm deducting one star for cleanliness. I'm not referring to the trash cans. My daughter recently found a syringe while exploring the bushes around the playground and took it home. The needle was missing, and it didn't appear to have been used, but it could still be dangerous.

It's turned out really nice. There are swings, deck chairs, lots of benches, a small climbing frame, and a tunnel for toddlers. Plus a fountain where I often see little ones playing. Lovely.

A beautifully renovated playground with great seating. Right next to the best children's bookstore! The only downside is that all the seating is usually occupied by teenagers and occasionally by drinkers.

Not suitable for small children, what a pity.
