Bonn Information centre is located near Münsterplatz (which is the city centre), approx 10min walk from main train station. In the office, staff will help you to find informations about the city (e.g. buses, city guides, tours, booklets or city maps). There is also a shop where you could buy some gifts or souvenirs. Good place to start the visit of the city on an efficient way.

Very helpful staff, full of great advice about transport that we never would have figured out ourselves. They always had an air of being willing and happy to assist. The information they gave us was invaluable not only in Bonn, but during the rest of our stay around Germany.

Nice people willing to help you with any doubt about this interesting city. We loved the city tour by bus. This 2 hour bus tour and 30 minute walk in the old inner city was guided by a kind lady with an art-history background knowing a lot of details on Bonn's rich history.

You cannot find someone more unpleasant than those ladys here. Weird for a TOURIST information.

Beautiful place. Lots to see and do! Visited Beethoven’s haus which was great. Rhine river is beautiful.
