It's a very nice building. It's expensive for assisted living, but there's always someone there 24/7. Lots of activities, and a very nice cinema/concert hall.

It's always a joy to be woken up by a loud roar starting at 6:00 AM. On July 20, 2023, for over 40 minutes between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, something was being pumped out again at around 100 decibels. Every day from 6:00 AM onwards, numerous trucks back up slowly to the building, beeping loudly, and are unloaded with a clattering noise, showing no consideration for the needs of a retirement home, and with no regard for the time of day, much to the delight of the neighbors and residents. Previously, the underground access road was used for this purpose. Now, the noise action plan of the city of Bonn is clearly being ignored. Even a nice meadow is no longer of any use... Beware! Regarding the owner's subsequent comment: It goes without saying that you comply with all legal regulations. However, you have missed the point of our criticism. We were concerned about the early hour and the noise level. We are considerate of the nursing home, but we also expect similar consideration from the nursing home towards its residents and the surrounding area. Nowhere is it written that one must regularly throw trash (from a meter above) into an empty bin with deafening noise, and this for over 30 minutes at 7:30 a.m. This happened, for example, the following day, July 22, 2023. Please use your underground access again, or dispose of the trash at a different time, e.g., around 11:00 a.m. Thank you!
