Lovely hotel, nice and quiet. My second time staying here. The first time a number of years ago we had a really modern room. This time the room was a bit more old school, but I was fine with that, a bit of charm. Everything was in good nick, clean and comfortable. Nice location overlooking a square with restaurants around it.

The room was cold and I did not like it. To me it is not even 3 star hotel, at least my floor (5th floor). The elevator goes up to 4th floor. Toilet was not clean. When I walked on the 5th floor corridor, I was thinking of a hostel. The cups/glass in the room are plastic ones! I haven't seen this kind even in the hostels. Location is the only positive side.

Room was big, clean and convenient. The location is great, only 10 min of walk from main station and main attraction. The building was a bit old but everything else balanced out! Very recommended.

We have stayed here for three nights. The hotel is located downtown so if you’re planning to explore Bonn this is a great location. There’s a restaurant downstairs that has a nice terrace on the central square. They serve good food and drinks. We have had breakfast there, which was always good. Right below the square the hotel is at, there’s a large underground parking lot. The hotel has no arrangement with the parking so you’ll be paying the full Eur 25.- price per day. The hotel looks and feels outdated and worn down here and there, but the rooms were clean. A major downside of this place is the noise. The place isn’t just old fashioned, the walls and doors are thin and do not insulate well against the usual sounds in a hotel such as talking people in the hall, your neighbor coming into their room, people passing with a rolling suitcase; you will literally hear everything as if it’s right next to you. This makes me rate the rooms low, it’s really way below the standard you may expect.

The invoice procedure is a mess. They (more than one receptionist) refused to provide the invoice saying they can’t do it for a booking reservation. While booking explicitly say they should provide it. It will end up I will need to pay for my business trip. Can’t add a positive review.
