With Strong Foundations in Karate: Beginner Course in Bonn
On November 2, 2026, the eight-week KARATE beginner course for adults and youth will start in Bonn. At the Pützchen High School, the first steps in a traditional martial art are on the agenda – completely without prerequisites and without mandatory club membership.
Technique, Concentration, and Movement at the Center
The beginner training imparts the fundamentals of Karate and combines physical activity with concentration, coordination, and discipline. Step by step, safe movement patterns, precise techniques, and a better sense of posture, distance, and body tension emerge.
Two Training Dates per Week
The course program includes up to 16 training sessions over eight weeks. On Mondays, participants train from 18:30 to 20:00 at the Pützchen High School. On Wednesdays, another session takes place from 19:00 to 20:30 in Bonn-Oberkassel. Depending on personal schedules, participation on one or both weekdays is possible.
Karate Entry Without Prerequisites
The course is aimed at adults and youth who want to get to know Karate or re-enter after a break. Focused on a motivating training structure, clean fundamentals, and the joy of movement. The atmosphere in the dojo combines concentrated field tension with the respectful interaction of a martial arts community.
Conclusion: Take the First Step Now
Those who want to try Karate in Bonn and actively challenge body and mind will find a clearly structured start in this beginner course. The limited course duration, flexible participation, and low course fee make entry particularly uncomplicated. Pre-registration is recommended.
