On October 10, 2026, Robert Marc Lehmann will bring his live show "Mission Earth" to Bonn. The marine biologist and wildlife photographer takes the audience on an impressive journey through his expeditions and animal rescue missions.
The focus is on personal stories, expressive images, and film footage from various regions of the Earth. Lehmann shares encounters with animals, the challenges of scientific expeditions, and missions where injured or endangered animals are rescued. His experiences reveal how closely the protection of individual species is linked to the condition of their habitats.
Knowledge, Images, and Committed Perspectives
The show combines entertainment with information and highlights key questions about species and environmental protection. Topics include the consequences of plastic pollution, the treatment of animals in zoos, and the future of the world’s oceans. It addresses not only problems but also the significance of personal responsibility and collective efforts to conserve nature.
Robert Marc Lehmann conveys his experiences from a career in research, photography, and animal rescue in a vivid manner. The films and photographs shown provide insights into life worlds that remain hidden from many people. At the same time, the event invites attendees to question their own perspectives on the protection of species, oceans, and natural habitats.
