The Puss in Boots makes children's eyes sparkle
Big pictures, an exciting fairy tale, and cozy family time await children at the picture book cinema in the community hall of Pauluskirche in Bonn. On Thursday, December 3, 2026, the well-known fairy tale The Puss in Boots will be presented from 16:00 to 17:00 as a special literary experience for families.
Pictures as large as a living room wall
On a cozy crawling mat, children follow the story with images that are projected large onto the wall. The familiar atmosphere invites wonder, listening, and joint discovery. A popcorn machine also adds to a special cinema moment.
Age-appropriate fun for kindergarten and primary school children
The picture book cinema is aimed at children of kindergarten and primary school age. Babies and younger siblings are also welcome. The combination of picture books, storytelling, and visual impressions supports children's language development, concentration, and imagination in a playful way.
Quality time in a protected atmosphere
The family experience takes place in a community hall and offers children space for curiosity, joy, and children's laughter. Parents experience a calm, child-friendly event where listening together and the joy of stories are at the center. The event lasts 60 minutes, and no registration is required.
Free entry
Visiting the picture book cinema is free of charge. This makes the literary experience easily accessible for families and is ideal as a joint afternoon with children.
Look forward to a warm family experience with large pictures, fairy tale excitement, and valuable learning experience. Experience the Puss in Boots live and discover together with your children the joy of storytelling, listening, and wonder.
