Creative Holiday Workshop in Bonn: Turning Old Jeans into Something New
On Saturday, October 31, 2026, youths at Ninibutz - Fabric Shop and Studio in Bonn will discover the joy of creative design. In a four-hour holiday workshop, individual, practical favorite pieces will be made from old jeans and new fabrics.
Upcycling with Needle, Thread, and Imagination
Old jeans will get a second life in this workshop. Participants will learn to rethink materials and sew something of their own from existing fabrics. This strengthens creativity, perseverance, and confidence in their own abilities. Every learning experience combines practical action with sustainable thinking.
Age-Appropriate and in Small Groups
The workshop is aimed at children and youths aged 12 and older. The group size is limited to a maximum of six participants, creating a calm and personal learning atmosphere. The course will take place with a minimum of three registrations. The manageable group size supports age-appropriate guidance and allows for focused work.
Four Hours Full of Learning Fun
From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, there will be plenty of time to develop ideas, choose fabrics, and implement a personal workpiece. The basic material is included in the course. Additional material costs may arise. Old jeans are welcome to be brought along. For the break, participants should pack their own snacks.
