Young Talents in the Spotlight: "Youth Makes Music" in Bad Godesberg
On Saturday, January 23, 2027, the Ludwig van Beethoven Music School Bonn in the Bad Godesberg district will transform into a stage for musical talents. At the regional competition "Youth Makes Music", young musicians will present their competition contributions to an audience and an expert jury.
The First Step on a Great Musical Journey
The regional competition is the first stage of the nationwide competition "Youth Makes Music". For the participants, this combines focused preparation with genuine live atmosphere: Every performance counts, every interpretation brings new stage experience and valuable feedback.
Between Stage Fright and Musical Precision
When the first notes ring out, careful rehearsal work, musical design, and personal expression come together. Whether solo or in an ensemble: The young musicians demonstrate how technique, timbre, and emotional stage performance create an impressive concert experience.
Expert Jury, Repertoire, and Musical Development
Not only the competitive aspect is at the forefront. The contributions are attentively evaluated by expert jurors while participants receive important impulses for their further development. Musical interpretation, cooperation, articulation, dynamics, and stylistic security form the basis of this demanding evaluation situation.
Public Performance in Beethoven City
Interested listeners are cordially invited. The competition makes musical youth work immediately tangible and shows how devoted children and young people work on their repertoire. The audience's mood ranges from tense silence before the performance to warm applause after the last note.
