Loopin'Lab brings the spirit of the machine to Bonn

On Saturday, February 13, 2027, the cultural space Auerberg in Bonn will transform into a steaming steampunk laboratory: Loopin'Lab presents the show Ghosts in the Machine and combines live music, mechanical sound experiments, and visual stage performance into an exceptional concert experience.

When machines set the rhythm

The Munich musicians and tinkerers Saschmo and Dimjon create not just songs on stage, but a complete sound world. At the center is Ghost, a handmade steampunk machine. It serves as a mechanical metronome, visual focal point, and unusual third band member.

Between loop, metal, and industrial rock

Live loops meet metal rims, drills, and repurposed children's toys. This creates a raw, danceable sound that combines organic grooves with mechanical precision. The musical range extends from gentle jazz harmonies to blues and reggae to powerful industrial rock.

Virtuoso stage performance with surprise effect

Guitars, thumping basses, and passionate singing merge with an unusual orchestration. Well-known pieces by Django Reinhardt, Jimi Hendrix, and Depeche Mode receive a quirky new form in the Loopin'Lab machinearium. The synchronization between musicians and mechanics makes every moment immediate and unpredictable.

Live atmosphere in the cultural space Auerberg

The cultural space Auerberg offers an intimate stage with free seating and space for up to 200 guests. A café provides the audience with drinks and snacks, and about 70 parking spaces are located right in front of the entrance. The venue was established in 2007 by SKM – Aufbruch gGmbH and stands for affordable cultural offerings in Bonn.

Conclusion: A concert like a living cabinet of curiosities

Loopin'Lab promises not an ordinary concert, but an energetic encounter of music, mechanics, and humor. Those who want to experience extraordinary sound worlds, handmade stage machines, and authentic live moments should not miss this concert experience in the cultural space Auerberg.
