Massive Heavy Rock at RPZ Bonn: AMPLIFIED BONN, VOL. 2

On Friday, November 6, 2026, RPZ Bonn will transform into a meeting point for powerful rock, alternative metal, and progressive soundscapes. At AMPLIFIED BONN, VOL. 2, Chamber of Elephants, DONBASS, and Raging Mammals will come together. Doors open at 6:30 PM, the concert begins at 7:00 PM.

Chamber of Elephants: Rock between Desert Highway and Loss of Control

Chamber of Elephants take their audience on a dynamic journey through the entire rock universe. Stoner rock, progressive rock, metal, and jazz flow into a unique stage performance. Melodic riffs meet dirty bass lines, energetic drums, intricate keyboards, and voluminous vocals. The band describes their sound as Massive Heavy Rock.

The musical dramaturgy thrives on contrasts: relaxed passages tip into explosive outbursts, precise synchronization meets powerful grooves. This creates a live atmosphere that oscillates between controlled tension and spontaneous release.

DONBASS: Alternative and Progressive Rock Energy

DONBASS combines straightforward rock with alternative and progressive influences. From this blend come emotionally charged, melodic songs with a clear edge. The band from Troisdorf reformed after creative pauses and lineup changes since May 2024 and brings fresh energy to the regional rock scene.

Raging Mammals: Raw, Honest, and Uncompromising

Raging Mammals stand for alternative metal from Bonn. The four-member band, founded in 2020, consists of Michael on vocals and guitar, Stefan on guitar, Jan on bass, and Sebastian on drums. Together they bring more than a decade of musical experience to the stage.

Massive riffs, driving grooves, and a direct stage presence characterize the band's sound. Raging Mammals rely on unfiltered lyrics and address uncomfortable topics. Their stage performance aims not at a smooth surface, but at immediate impact and a palpable audience mood.

An Evening of Concerts for the Bonn Rock Scene

AMPLIFIED BONN, VOL. 2 brings together three different styles of hard rock music in one evening. The audience can expect a varied concert experience with powerful sound, distinctive riffs, and a club atmosphere where the proximity to the stage makes every nuance audible.
