When the news gets annoying, only laughter together helps
ONKeL fISCH brings the political cabaret program Excitement Follows Sunshine to the stage of the Haus der Springmaus in Bonn. On Tuesday, March 16, 2027, Adrian Engels and Markus Riedinger transform the daily flood of news into pointed comedy, satirical observations, and a humorous experience with conviction.
Satire with News Value and Sunshine Guarantee
The world is going crazy, the news ticker is blinking, and the daily news already raises your pulse after 15 minutes. ONKeL fISCH presents a third option against this constant bombardment: do not look away, do not despair, but laugh about it together. Their humor connects stand-up, political cabaret, and precise observations of everyday life.
Two Voices, One Strong Timing
Adrian Engels and Markus Riedinger have been performing as the duo ONKeL fISCH since 1994. Their stage language thrives on quick role changes, sharp timing, and visible joy of playing. The audience reaction arises not only from individual punchlines but also from the rhythm of dialogue, climax, and surprising perspective.
33 Years of Concentrated Humor Experience
The duo has enriched numerous cabaret and comedy television shows and was awarded the audience prize of the Stuttgarter Besens in 2016 and the special prize of the German Cabaret Prize in 2017. In Bonn, this stage experience meets the unique comedy atmosphere of the Haus der Springmaus and an audience that likes to leave everyday life at the door for an evening.
An Evening Between Abyss and Outlook
Excitement Follows Sunshine examines the absurd world events with satirical sharpness and hopeful energy. ONKeL fISCH demonstrates that changing perspectives sometimes provides the best mental first aid. When the glass appears half full or half empty, what counts most that evening is: There is something to drink nearby, and the punchline is right on target.
Conclusion: Laugh Live Instead of Complaining Alone About the News
Visitors can expect a fast-paced cabaret evening with political satire, stand-up elements, interaction, and strong punchlines. Anyone wanting to see how excitement turns into collective laughter should experience ONKeL fISCH live on March 16, 2027, at the Haus der Springmaus.
